Managing Director

Duncan has worked in the Technology media sector for close on 20 years managing teams in digital, data services, print and events. He has worked at UBM (CMP media) managing the commercial team in the Electronics Division and most recently managing the Technology portfolio at RBI which included brands such as Computer Weekly and New Scientist.
Duncan joined Imago in May 2012, responsible for the IP EXPO Europe event initially before taking the role of Chief Operating Officer of Imago in 2013. He was appointed Managing Director of Imago following the acquisition by Clarion in 2015 and is committed to growing the business in the UK and overseas.
Outside of work, Duncan is passionate about Football, Cricket and Tennis..spending most of his weekends either playing football or tennis, following his local football team or watching his sons playing sport!


Alex Joicey
Operations and 
Customer Services Director

Alex is responsible for the management of event delivery, customer service, office management, IT, Finance and HR functions within Imago. Alex joined Imago in 2007 and has over 15 years global exhibition and conference management experience including The Children’s Society, The Toy Fair, GovNet Events and DMG World Media.


Bradley Maule-ffinch
Director of Strategy

Bradley’s role is to develop strategy, content and direction for Imago’s event and media portfolio. With a keen interest and knowledge base of enterprise IT, as well as experience of leading commercial teams for over 14 years, Brad plays an important part in sustaining our events and supporting launches in new markets.


Sophie Barry
Head of Marketing

Sophie joined Imago Techmedia in January 2014 and has a proven track record of increasing attendance and brand reach across the events portfolio. With previous experience, leading marketing teams in the Microsoft & HP reseller industry, the needs and interests of the IT Manager remain at the heart of all campaigns.
